Cheese4Charity 2018!

Supporting Julia’s House during our VenatorGiving month!

Last Friday marked our second annual Cheese4Charity day! All in aid of Julia’s House, the goal was for each team to come up with the most amazing Cheese board based on a particular country!

We had a horrible history based UK board, a romantic understated French board, a Spanish feast and a very consistently themed Italian board. Needless to say the team here were VERY full and a few belts needed loosening up!

It’s the taking part that matters (and the eating) but of course we had an element of competition in there! Team Spain took home the award for Best Cheese Board whilst Team France won best team name (Get an Eiffel of this cheese) Days like this are always a great way to get competitive, have a laugh, get creative and pig out! What could be better?

December is set to be our month of giving here at Venator. Cheese4Charity was the start of proceedings but we have a couple of other fun things lined up! All of our proceeds go straight to Julia’s House, a children’s hospice specialising in practical and emotional support for families caring for a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.
